Anti-mouse IL-6-InVivo monoklonaal antilichaam (Kloon:MP5-20F3) kan reageren met muizen-IL-6 (interleukine-6), een 21-28 kDa cytokine dat wordt uitgedrukt door vele celtypen, waaronder T-lymfocyten, B-lymfocyten, monocyten, fibroblasten en endotheelcellen. Er is aangetoond dat Anti-mouse IL-6-InVivo de bioactiviteit van natuurlijke of recombinante IL-6 kan neutraliseren.
