Beschrijving INCB3344 is een potente, selectieve en oraal biologisch beschikbare CCR2-antagonist met IC50-waarden van 5,1 nM (hCCR2) en 9,5 nM (mCCR2) in bindingsantagonisme en 3,8 nM (hCCR2) en 7,8 nM (mCCR2) in antagonisme van chemotaxis-activiteit.
