 8.000mg/ml (24.74mM) Taking the 1 mL working solution as an example, add 50 μL of 160 mg/ml clarified DMSO stock solution to 400 μL of PEG300, mix evenly to clarify it; add 50 μL of Tween80 to the above system, mix evenly to clarify; then continue to add 500 μL of ddH2O to adjust the volume to 1 mL. Biologische activiteit

Beschrijving iFSP1 is een potente, selectieve en glutathion-onafhankelijke remmer van ferroptosis suppressor protein 1 (FSP1/AIFM2) met een EC50 van 103 nM. Deze verbinding induceert selectief ferroptosis in GPX4-knockout Pfa1 en HT1080 cellen die FSP1 overexpresseren.Oplossingen zijn onstabiel en moeten vers worden bereid.

In vitro

iFSP1 induceert selectief ferroptosis in GPX4-knockout Pfa1 en HT1080 cellen die FSP1 overexpresseren. Deze verbinding komt tot expressie in de meeste tumorcellijnen, en de behandeling ermee maakt deze cellen robuust gevoelig voor RSL3-geïnduceerde ferroptosis.

    Cells are seeded on 96-well plates (2,500 cells per well) and treated with iFSP-1 after plating. Cell viability is assessed 24 h (unless stated otherwise) after treatment using AquaBluer as an indicator of viable cells according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
