 2.200mg/ml (9.90mM) Taking the 1 mL working solution as an example, add 50 μL of 44 mg/ml clarified DMSO stock solution to 400 μL of PEG300, mix evenly to clarify it; add 50 μL of Tween80 to the above system, mix evenly to clarify; then continue to add 500 μL of ddH2O to adjust the volume to 1 mL. Biologische activiteit

Beschrijving IBMX (Isobutylmethylxanthine, 1-Methyl-3-Isobutylxanthine) is een niet-specifieke remmer van phosphodiesterase (PDE) met IC50-waarden van respectievelijk 6,5±1,2, 26,3±3,9 en 31,7±5,3 μM voor PDE3, 4 en 5. Het kan de intracellulaire cAMP-spiegels verhogen en werkt ook als een adenosine (A1) receptor-antagonist.

In vitro

IBMX redt PGE2-geïnduceerde fosforylering van AKT, geremd in cellen van EP4LysM-muizen, wat beschermt tegen cAMP-afbraak.
In vivo

IBMX vermindert de opslag van leverglycogeen bij beide muissoorten en bij hyperglycemische ratten.

    The cells are treated either with osteoclastogenic media (10 ng/mL M-CSF and 50 ng/mL RANKL) alone, with PGE2 (100 nM), or PGE2 with IBMX (1 mM) for 3 h. A BCA Protein Assay Kit is used to determine the protein concentration.
