 2.850mg/ml (9.85mM) Taking the 1 mL working solution as an example, add 50 μL of 57 mg/ml clarified DMSO stock solution to 400 μL of PEG300, mix evenly to clarify it; add 50 μL of Tween80 to the above system, mix evenly to clarify; then continue to add 500 μL of ddH2O to adjust the volume to 1 mL. Beschrijving GSK-LSD1 2HCl is een irreversibele en selectieve LSD1-remmer met een IC50 van 16 nM, > 1000 keer selectiever dan andere nauw verwante FAD-gebruikende enzymen (d.w.z. LSD2, MAO-A, MAO-B).

GSK-LSD1 induceert genexpressieveranderingen in kankercellijnen met een gemiddelde EC50 van < 5 nM en remt de groei van kankercellijnen met een gemiddelde EC50 van < 5 nM.

In vivo

GSK-LSD1, een zeer selectieve remmer van KDM1A, remt significant de progressie van schildklierkanker en verhoogt de gevoeligheid van schildklierkanker voor chemotherapie.
