 2.000mg/ml (4.84mM) Taking the 1 mL working solution as an example, add 50 μL of 40 mg/ml clarified DMSO stock solution to 400 μL of PEG300, mix evenly to clarify it; add 50 μL of Tween80 to the above system, mix evenly to clarify; then continue to add 500 μL of ddH2O to adjust the volume to 1 mL. In vitro

CD38 inhibitor 1 (compound 78c) verhoogt de NAD+-niveaus, wat resulteert in de activering van pro-levensduur en gezondheidsgerelateerde factoren, waaronder sirtuïnes, AMPK en PARPs.
In vivo

CD38 inhibitor 1 (compound 78c) blijkt niet alleen een zeer potente remmer te zijn, maar had ook geschikte fysisch-chemische eigenschappen om als een robuust hulpmiddel voor in vivo studies te dienen. Bovendien is deze verbinding in staat om NAD te verhogen in zowel lever- als gastrocnemiusweefsel wanneer oraal toegediend aan een DIO-muis.
