Anti-mouse IL-17A-InVivo monoklonaal antilichaam (Kloon:17F3) reageert met mouse IL-17A, een 15-20 kDa cytokine dat tot expressie komt op Th17-cellen, γδ T-cellen, iNKT-cellen, NK-cellen, LTi-cellen, neutrofielen en intestinale Paneth-cellen. Anti-mouse IL-17A-InVivo heeft aangetoond IL-17A in vivo te neutraliseren.
