Anti-mouse/human/rat CCL2 (MCP-1)-InVivo (Kloon: 2H5) antilichaam reageert met muis, mens en rat CCL2, ook bekend als monocyt-chemoattractant proteïne 1 (MCP-1). MCP-1 is een 13 kDa chemokine dat voornamelijk wordt geproduceerd door monocyten/macrofagen en een krachtig monocyt-aantrekkend chemokine is. Het 2H5-antilichaam heeft aangetoond de biologische effecten van CCL2 in vivo te neutraliseren.
