 4.000mg/ml (10.32mM) Taking the 1 mL working solution as an example, add 50 μL of 80 mg/ml clarified DMSO stock solution to 400 μL of PEG300, mix evenly to clarify it; add 50 μL of Tween80 to the above system, mix evenly to clarify; then continue to add 500 μL of ddH2O to adjust the volume to 1 mL. Biologische activiteit

Beschrijving 4-Hydroxytamoxifen (Afimoxifene) is de actieve metaboliet van tamoxifen en een selectieve estrogen receptor (ER) modulator die veel wordt gebruikt bij de therapeutische en chemopreventieve behandeling van borstkanker. Het activeert de 'on-target'-modificatiefrequentie voor inteïne-Cas9-varianten.
In vitro

4-OHT is een potente activator van ER en heeft een hogere affiniteit voor oestrogeenreceptoren getoond. Het heeft significante dosis- en tijdsafhankelijke directe effecten om de contractiele functie van geïsoleerde hartmyocyten van volwassen ratten te veranderen. 4-HT activeert de 'on-target'-modificatiefrequentie voor inteïne-Cas9-varianten .
