Beschrijving

Ixazomib Citrate (MLN9708) is een prodrug van Ixazomib (MLN2238), een selectieve, oraal biologisch beschikbare inhibitor van 20S proteasome die de chymotrypsine-achtige proteolytische (β5) site remt met een IC50 van 3,4 nM en Ki van 0,93 nM, respectievelijk. Ixazomib (MLN2238) remt ook caspase-achtige (β1) en trypsine-achtige (β2) proteolytische sites met een IC50 van respectievelijk 31 nM en 3500 nM.
