 1.500mg/ml (3.65mM) Taking the 1 mL working solution as an example, add 50 μL of 30 mg/ml clarified DMSO stock solution to 400 μL of PEG300, mix evenly to clarify it; add 50 μL of Tween80 to the above system, mix evenly to clarify; then continue to add 500 μL of ddH2O to adjust the volume to 1 mL. Beschrijving ACSS2 inhibitor is de meest potente en specifieke remmer van acetaat-afhankelijke acetyl-CoA synthetase 2 (ACSS2). ACSS2 inhibitor remt ook het respiratoir syncytieel virus (RSV).

Deze chinoxalineverbinding remt het vermogen van HepG2-cellen om [14C]acetaat in lipiden op te nemen met IC50 = 6,8 μM. Deze chemische stof kan ook de HepG2-benutting van [14C]acetaat voor histonacetylering remmen met IC50 = 5,5 μM.
