Prexasertib (LY2606368, ACR 368) is een selectieve ATP-competitieve remmer van Chk1 en Chk2 met IC50s van respectievelijk 1 nM en 8 nM in celvrije assays. Het remt ook RSK1 met een IC50 van 9 nM in celvrije assays.
