Beschrijving Cerdulatinib (PRT062070, PRT2070) is een oraal actieve, multi-getargete tyrosinekinaseremmer met IC50 van respectievelijk 12 nM/6 nM/8 nM/0,5 nM en 32 nM voor JAK1/JAK2/JAK3/TYK2 en Syk, en remt ook 19 andere geteste kinasen met IC50 minder dan 200 nM.
