Beschrijving	ATP (Adenosine-Trifosfaat, Adenosine 5'-trifosfaat) is een multifunctioneel nucleosidetrifosfaat en een belangrijk endogeen signaalmolecuul in Immunology & Inflammation.
In vitro	ATP, een multifunctioneel nucleosidetrifosfaat en een belangrijk endogeen signaalmolecuul, herstelt signaalresponsen op anti-TCR-behandeling in Jurkat-cellen.
In Vivo	ATP kan het NLRP3-inflammasoom activeren en de productie van pro-inflammatoire cytokines verbeteren, waardoor muizen worden beschermd tegen bacteriële infectie.

Celassay:^{^[2]}	Cellijnen Jurkat cells Concentraties 50 mM Incubatietijd -- Methode Cells are washed with calcium-free and magnesium-free 1×DPBS to remove calcium and magnesium. Then cells are suspended with 450 µL 1×DPBS into a 1.5 mL centrifugal tube, treated with 50 mL Streptolysin O (0.5 µg/ml), and incubated 60 mins at 37℃. Next, cells are centrifuged at 400 g for 4 mins to discard the supernatant. Cells are re-suspended with 100 mL 1×DPBS, treated with 11 µL 50 mM ATP, and incubated in the 37℃ for indicated time.
